Our Story

We come from a cocoa family. We knew and understood the effort behind each cocoa bean, from the germination of the seed to obtaining the dry bean ready to be processed.

We are the third generation of cocoa farmers who decided to turn this fabulous raw material into a chocolate of the best quality.

Our project was born almost a decade ago with the firm intention of seeking long-term growth for all those who make up this value chain.

Each bar is the result of a human process. It is the manifestation of the soul of the community inspired by our ancestral chocolate culture. We seek to generate unrepeatable flavors in each one, for which we use innovative and endogenous ingredients.

Our Philosophy

It is not enough to understand chocolate simply starting from the bean. Quality must be ensured from the crop, so at HAYAK we believe that it is important to look back at it, harvest and post-harvest process. In order to achieve this we are in constant training ourselves. We do not forget that we must take care of the real value of our “golden bean” and what it represents to us.
